3. What happens if I am unavailable when the courier agent attempts delivery?

Our courier partners will make up to two distinct delivery attempts to your specified address. The courier agent will attempt contact via your registered phone number. If both attempts fail due to non-availability or non-responsiveness, the parcel will be auto-returned to our main Karachi hub, and future orders may require prepaid digital settlement.
